With spending the past 11 years working in both the event and private chef world, I have a deep wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to catering for events both big and small.

I have cooked in some of the most interesting and sometimes challenging of venues; each one has needed its own, individual, specialist approach. A few of my highlights over the years have been a 14th Century Crypt, bank vault, abandoned airfield, steamship, medieval castle, and even cooking from a restaurant suspended in mid air by a crane. 

 

I can offer my personal chef services for smaller special occasions and gatherings. Alternatively I can assist on much larger scales events with creative concepts, menu development, recommending trusted suppliers and also overseeing the running of your event. 

 

For larger events I can confidently recommend a suitable catering company, or work in partnership with your own selection, offering you both my expertise but also the resource and capacity the catering company will have to offer.
